Senior-Level Geotechnical Engineer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise engineering projects, providing strategic direction and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Manage the initial design and investigative approach for major project phases, including complex requirements.
• Review and supervise investigations, analysis, and recommendations, ensuring the highest technical quality.
• Oversee project risk management, ensuring the protection of company interests and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop less experienced engineers and technical support staff, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Serve as an Authorized Project Reviewer and contribute to key technical evaluations.
• Promote and cultivate the employee-ownership culture, ensuring all team members are engaged and invested in the company’s success.
