Strategic Leadership:

  • Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business growth and operational excellence.

Business Development & Client Relations:

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, nurturing client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in a related technical field required, with 10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Professional certifications such as RG, CEG, PE, GE, or equivalent are essential.
