Job Description:
We are seeking a geotechnical Engineer in a Task or Project Management role, leveraging engineering expertise and project management experience to drive successful project execution on commercial, industrial, DSA, municipal, and transportation project in Kansas City, KS
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, review engineering documentation, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, conduct project meetings, and manage client relationships.
- Resource Management: Oversee project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure resource availability.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and conduct risk assessments.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: 4-10 years in project engineering and management, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
