About the Opportunity
Position Overview
This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations while expanding market presence and service offerings across the region. The Branch Manager will oversee technical teams and project managers while driving profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical staff and project leaders

Oversee branch performance including revenue, profitability, staffing, and safety

Drive business development with contractors, municipalities, transportation agencies, utilities, and healthcare clients

Expand service offerings to align with a full suite of technical capabilities

Partner with leadership across the organization to strengthen client relationships and regional alignment

Lead daily operations including staffing, safety, financial performance, AR/WIP management, and project delivery

Provide strategic planning, market insight, and forecasting to support sustainable growth

Hire, onboard, mentor, and evaluate employees while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

Build and expand client relationships to maintain a strong pipeline and healthy backlog

Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams to share resources, optimize delivery, and drive enterprise success

Deliver high-quality proposals, client communications, and project outcomes on time and within budget
-
U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.

10+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years managing business operations or leading a technical team

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related technical discipline (preferred, not required)

Professional licensure (PE and/or CEG) preferred

Proven ability to grow a business while maintaining strong client satisfaction and delivery standards

Experience managing multidisciplinary service lines with accountability to scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
