Geotechnical Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC Area

We are seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in a well-established multi-disciplinary firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects including proposal preparation, field engineering, testing, and engineering analysis
• Conduct field exploration, soil classification, and technical reporting
• Review field test data and perform field evaluations/inspections
• Client management and correspondence
• Familiarity with construction materials testing and Special Inspection procedures

Technical Expertise (Preferred):

• Shallow/deep foundation analysis
• Pavement design/analysis
• Slope stability analysis
• Laboratory test data interpretation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 5-20 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
