We are seeking a talented individual to step into the role of Principal Engineer. This position is all about taking the lead in geotechnical engineering while providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities include:
-Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work to clients.
-Supervising the preparation of proposals and quotations for clients.
-Ensuring that all department personnel are properly trained, supervised, and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment.
-Monitoring all projects in progress in the department.
– Ensuring that all departmental personnel adhere to the requirements of the company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and procedures.
– Evaluating the performance of all employees within the department and assisting them in their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 15 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
