Position Overview:

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll take the lead in managing and executing high-profile projects involving dams, spillways, intakes and outlets, and hydropower facilities. You will collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary experts to deliver high-quality design solutions, from initial planning to project execution, across municipal and hydropower sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and management of complex projects including dams, spillways, and various hydraulic and hydropower structures.

Develop innovative design products, oversee equipment procurement, and ensure smooth project execution for municipal and hydropower clients.

Collaborate with subject matter experts across disciplines to deliver high-quality PS&E’s (Plans, Specifications, and Estimates), technical analyses, and more.

Mentor and engage with a skilled team of hydropower and dams professionals to support continuous development and cross-disciplinary success.
