Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring extensive geotechnical engineering expertise and project management skills to oversee and lead geotechnical projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope and on time.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:Lead and manage geotechnical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Client Interaction:Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and expectations.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and field staff, to achieve project objectives. Mentor and guide junior team members.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Allocate resources efficiently and optimize project performance.

Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.Implement strategies to address unforeseen challenges.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that geotechnical designs and solutions meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
Proven track record of successfully managing geotechnical projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
